Pegasus~ my childhood was filled with the dreams of the winged horse… with vague imaginations of a knight in shining armor riding it!!! nice poem, Carl 🙂
You don’t have to claim it, just show it in the sidebar. If you can display it in a post, you can display it in the side bar. also, for an image title (which only shows if you hover over it with a mouse) you could give credit where credit goes. 🙂
He always knew when I was approaching as he could smell the carrots or apple in my pocket. There was an unfortunate incident or two, however. Like I coulda used a parachute !
“no just dust, standing no more” – like this, seems to be what becomes of these ancient cities…until we dig deep within the surface. But I didn’t know they rode Pegasus, lol!
No it is not my sketch but I can produce such. It may take a few hours to find it again but I think I will search today to credit its creator to remove any false attribution to me.

The poem sounds faintly Homeric. Did you write it on an empty stomach?
