I would say I wouldn’t want to be sat on all day if I was a flying broom, but I guess it beats sweeping the floor with your face. Not too many job options for a broom, considering the lack of thumbs.
By the way, I have two other blogs that you might enjoy also. Absurd Old Bird (the one this comment’s linked to) and also one called ‘nearly a pie’. Both have links in Absurd Old Bird’s side panel.
🙂
I will look. I regret due to inactivity in that area that I have lost my painting skills but can do adequate cartoon sketch and gag and copy poster art. Have done passable Van Gogh copies too. I carve primitive style Viking/Celtic chessmen about 4 inches tall out of cherry and walnut.
Now let me see. They could enter politics as a reform party and sweep out all the crooks. They could make a clean sweep of things and expose all the hidden elements that have been sweeping things under the carpet. This new direction would be called “Sweeping Change”
The artist has achieved immortality when millions continue to debate the meanings and nuances of his work while he is still alive. . Today a blog, tomorrow I repaint the Sistine Chapel ceiling!

That’s funny. In this economy I guess you can’t be too choosy job wise.

Now that’s funny. It will be a delight if an artist of your quality(I commented on some of your works) will add comments and apparent wit to my blog.

I guess the options are limited for brooms, aren’t they? It’s the airlines or the streets.

Yes, the people in personnel liked the fact that he was so genuine(made of straw) at the interview.
