Indeed. By the time the poor tomatoes reach the end of the day, they have had it…they’re bruised all over.
You did not make me smile. This was a giggle. Out loud too. 😀
That sign should be on every supermarket display. I hate it when people touch everthign and then put it back and decide to buy another one than they squeezed! Love it!

It is all the other stuff, it all needs a sign. Don’t taste test, don’t squeeze. Cute.

I don’t squeeze them. I need a sign that says ‘Don’t eat the grapes.’

Yep, grab a bunch of grapes and by the time you get to the check out there are only half of ’em left !

But, what if I feel an urgent need to hug a tomato?

Hugging is OK but the relationship should evolve a bit before pinching and squeezing is acceptable.

They have to look good first. Squeezing the tomatoes. I guess that’s worse than squeezing the Charmin. Blessings to you, Carl…

I’d hate to be a tomato. One moment everything is vine and dandy, the next, they’re being turned into marinara sauce. Poor guys.

Italians from New York and New Jersey call it gravy not sauce. It is forgiven though as we do not expect outsiders to know about “Our Thing”.

Actually, I did know that. I have lots of family in New Jersey, and though we’re not Italian, we roam the same streets!
