… have tattoos myself on my RT upper arm in order of my long deceased daughter Jenny Rose and another one for my favourite niece’s name Sue on my RT upper arm when she suffered from leukemia, and one on my belly cuz I was born a a girl into my community and was supposed to marry Mr Ugly age 16, from which i ran away so never did … oh and my daughter in law has a nose ring … life is so fun, hmmm, friend Carlos, hmmm? … anyway … Love always, cat.
… no thank you … am in the process of tattoo removal … which takes time and money … and is much more painful … anyway … painful lesson is good lesson … Love, cat.
wish they would all understand what tattoos and piercings would look like after age 50..;( ….the best one is when a kid gets a tattoo of the Blessed Mother on their forearm…big as life….and then they have to be told.. Our Lady said: wear my medal and wear my scapula…..not tattoo me on your arm!! 😉
They say it’s a form of self expression. I think self expression takes form in a poem, a song, art, dance, music , civic activism, charitable work for others or little bits of kindness scattered about each day. .

LOL! Ear piercing was good enough for me (just a regular one – no fancy stuff!)

(mine are too but have not worn an ear ring in 25 years, I liked tiny 5-point gold stars).

I like fruit-shaped earrings 🙂 I have strawberries, cherries, watermelons, peaches, oranges, even avocados!

Gotta be brave. I wish teens were “brave” enough to open their school books now and then or read a novel.
