Extra sugar and extra salt are our main nutritional enemies, friend Carlos … cuz have you ever seen a wild animal adding salt and pepper to their diet? Love, cat.

Food and nutrition has to do with the culture where you come from … In my culture we eat road kill and snails and hedgehogs and stuff left behind on farmer’s fields after harvest … It’s our choice a la carte … smiles … Love, cat.

… what is sensible nutrition? … Hi fat lo protein no carb? Hi protein all the meat you can eat? A lil bit of everything? What if I wake up in the middle of the night … hungry … and I feel like eating 3 dill pickles … or one loaf of my homemade cheese bread dipped in my homemade tzatziki … , friend Carlos. https://www.youtube.com/embed/veafl2Jv53E?rel=0&controls=0&showinfo=0 … Love, cat.
