I think I’m half man. LOL

Naw, just sensible and not frivolous.
March 8th, 2016 at 00:04
I like my butter bowl container’s sooooo, have been known to use sheets to make curtains, I detest shopping so clothes and silly lady things like purses and shoes and blah blah blah, but I do have my own collection of books, so I would insist on a few shelves built, or we could make one out of the shoe rack.
Wonder’s why she isn’t married I am perfect!

Lucky is he that meets you. Glad you could identify with the humor.

Oh God hope she doesn’t change me
February 28th, 2016 at 13:15
I’d accept some modification in the willingness to compromise but all this is just too much.

LOL, my kitchen has been a work in progress for the last five years! I’m just happy to be almost done! My husband is a remodeling contractor and my youngest son is a kitchen contractor! We are always last! God bless you!
February 27th, 2016 at 06:08
Oooooooooh, now that’s just wrong. No one should be fed until it’s finished.

This is some hilarious, eye watering example of truth about how women “help a man grow up”. LOL I’m sure you’re going to have as much fun with this as I had. Thanks so much for sharing, Carl D’Agostino!
February 25th, 2016 at 21:38
Honored you shared on your blog.
February 26th, 2016 at 04:23
It was my pleasure, Carl! I really find it GREAT and thought it needed to be shared.
February 25th, 2016 at 17:39
I think that’s part of what women consider “helping a man grow up”. LOL

Agree to a point and that’s when my bank balance evaporates.
February 26th, 2016 at 18:42
What is a bank account compared to a beautiful home? *chuckle*

Luckily neither my Ex or my lovely Don had this problem, I’m just not a “normal” girl 😀 😀 😀

whoops, substitute “nor” for “or” 🙂
February 25th, 2016 at 12:55
Ah, that is what is needed – a little empathy for the male species.
February 25th, 2016 at 10:54
Man was not meant to live life alone. 😂
February 25th, 2016 at 12:54
Is alone better than broke? Well I do admit it was good to become moderately domesticated.
February 25th, 2016 at 10:19
this is hilarious!…but so true ;-)……but I do know that the “built ins” and upgrades add value to a home….
February 25th, 2016 at 12:52
Yeah, my next “upgrade” would be a tent in the back yard.
February 25th, 2016 at 09:36
If you shop wisely, you can still buy jelly in jars that can be perfectly reused as water glasses.
February 25th, 2016 at 12:51
Oh yes, I remember them from over 60 years ago. Flowers on them I think. Grandmother and mother had several sets in different sizes.
February 25th, 2016 at 09:25
Oh dear! Love is blind- and expensive!
February 25th, 2016 at 12:49
Well after seeing all this my blindness is being healed.
February 25th, 2016 at 08:56
Okay, well you nailed me with the shoes.
February 25th, 2016 at 09:00
Yep, you got nailed with the “spike” heels.
February 25th, 2016 at 08:04
OK. First, the books and shoes can be downsized. (I’m assuming she’s not the ruler of a small 3rd world country.). Second, look at the new resale value of the house! You don’t show the bathrooms, but I’m certain that upgrades there would do The Property Brothers and the Love It or List It! team proud. Time to start the perfect family!
February 25th, 2016 at 08:38
Family ? Then I’ll have to drive to the gas station every time I need to use the toilet.
February 25th, 2016 at 08:46
Look at it as an opportunity for some peace and quiet. On the way back you can pick up groceries.
February 25th, 2016 at 07:46
Hilarious! Loved this…no doubt the bachelor fridge was full of beer, beer and more….errr… beer! 🙂
February 25th, 2016 at 08:02
Well one must retain room for bread, peanut butter, jelly , uneaten pizza crusts and baloney.
February 25th, 2016 at 08:07
Surely uneaten pizza crusts can be left in grubby pizza boxes lying around the kitchen counters?
February 25th, 2016 at 07:08
What the hey! I couldn’t live long enough to wear all those shoes.

February 25th, 2016 at 07:06
You are a lucky man.
February 25th, 2016 at 07:14
Ah, but such memories are from decades long ago and since reverted back to simpler ways. However, I have retained dinner plate setting for two – just in case. Naturally nothing matches.
