Well the fish is to keep for Good Friday next year. The turkey has gone swimming & won’t be back until after Thanksgiving.

I would be happy with a fish. Living on the west coast of Canada we often had a salmon, freshly caught, for Thanksgiving. Have a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow, whatever you eat!!
