Good – grandkids are what keep us young. And I hope you are well settled into your new life in a different part of the continent.
May 29th, 2015 at 18:26
Father and I are doing OK and appreciate your good wishes.
May 28th, 2015 at 18:02
Your numbers may not be adding up genetically speaking….haha
I did see the comment about suspect #1 and #2…I think I need to do that with my kids too!!! lol

It can be challenging and I know you have been brave .

Just give King Felipe of Spain my regards. Dad’s mother’s side are Spaniards. father’s side Romans. Mother was pure Siciliano. Hmmm, well perhaps a bottle of olive oil would be splendid.

Clever and thanks for the Wednesday smiles, Carl!

There’s an odd one in every family.

You are so even minded about the matter.

Grandchildren. Mine would all require double digits, except for my great granddaughter. She is only 4 going on 20. She is amazing. Nice message, Carl. Grandchildren are one reason we are taking to the road. I can’t wait to see them again. Blessings to you…
May 27th, 2015 at 07:17
Yes, they are a gift and blessing. And I thought I was still just 25. Kinda proves I am wrong about that. Wish you a safe and blessed trip.

Nothing like visiting grandparents.

That’s right. You can rat out your parents to grandparents. There’s always that who’s in the will leverage.

There are a lot of cartoon possibilities with numbers.

Yep, by the numbers.

We are better grandparents than parents.

That’s true for a lot of us. But on the other hand the grandkids are better than the kids. Almost changed the name of my two kids to Suspect #1 and Suspect #2. On the other other hand it’s all part of the territory. Worth it.

🙂 Not the chocolate stash! 🙂
May 26th, 2015 at 08:41
As a reformed bank robber and cat burglar, I am good at hiding it but they are chocolate bloodhounds.

Look at the little darlings! ❤ 😛
May 26th, 2015 at 07:11
Yeah, but as soon as I turn my back the little “darlings” raid the cookie jar and get into my chocolate stash.
Let's CUT the Crap!

You have to hid them higher. Think ladder and then hide the ladder, and don’t leave any traces of where you’ve been climbing.
😛 😀 😀

Then the sly lil’ boogers will get some beans from that Jack fellow and kill the giant and steal the gold too.

Hmm…you moderate comments now?
May 28th, 2015 at 12:20
90% of comments come through without approval. Seems wordpress has me approve new people until they establish a visit regularity then no more approval but do not understand why this would be the case for you. I never felt the need for approval because I can always merely delete and spam the person to stop undesirables. WordPress allows for that but they said I cannot block likes. Please do not be offended and if comes up need approval naturally I will approve as you are a great blog buddy and have supported my efforts for a long time. I hope my blog will continue to be a link back to yours if people care to visit you from my blog. Regards. And hey, you better start putting more clothes on those delightful dolls-Santa Claus keeps a record of who’s naughty or nice and would not want the dolls not to receive any presents.

Good one. A good thing the younguns don’t outnumber them.
May 26th, 2015 at 07:10
Happy numbers. Wish my lottery numbers would make me happy but my grandchildren do.
