Thanks for the token exception… As far as suspenders and bow ties are concerned, they are just people who feel the intense need to be noticed. Insecurity established in childhood, I suspect.. Or as I call it… the “I want my mommy” complex..
That is what made the old Dr. Who endearing to me, the attitude that the content of the story would make up for the low budget production. The newer additions to the series is better produced.
