Magnificent!!
By the way, I just read the message you dropped me and thought of checking out your blog..I’m clearly ‘impressed’!!
Happy blogging to you!! 🙂
Ah, not that you’re old or anything but, I’m starting to see a resemblance.. Do you play the guitar Carl? Oh, and you say you are 1/4 Spanish? I’d prefer the French Quarter if I had my druthers..
This Picasso paining brings back such memories. It was the one that most struck me on my first visit to a major museum, and I’ve never forgotten it’s impact.
Amazing work here Carl… there’s a You-tube video of Picasso doing line drawings on glass, it is so interesting to see him draw and hear him talk about art and drawing.

I like the expression the acoustic guitar player has…It seems as if he has drawn all the energy left!
Happy new Year Carl!

With several more practices I think I can do better. I have the shapes but not the color.

I was in New Orleans a week in 1985. The only instrument I can play is blowing on a piece of lawn grass held between my thumbs.
