Matter of fact, before and after WW II military service, this is what my father did in shipyards in New York City. He recalls of a Russian freighter “manned” by all female crew he worked on but it was sunk mid Atlantic on return voyage.
Often wondered about Noah and doing this all by him little self … after all he was 300 some years old … hmmm … o, well … stories are just what they are … so are poems … and pictures … here today, gone tomorrow …
“Oh yeah, and Lord if it is not too much trouble, I could use a power drill and an electric screwdriver, with the rechargeable battery packs, a new hammer and some three penny nails. Oh, and some marine plywood would really be appreciated, if this thing is gonna float. Oh and one more thing Lord, I’m gonna need some shovels, a lot of shovels, big shovels.”
Thank you.
Your faithful servant,
Noah.

Seems in His wisdom, God “saw” to it that Noah did not.

As Bill Cosby once said on this subject: “I used to know what a cubit was.”
All I need “is a little help from my friends.” Thanks for the smiles, Carl. 😉

Always a Cosby fan – a master of presence and expression in choice of words, tone and body language.
