I’d have me a clothesline here in west central Florida, IF the clothes weren’t dirtier when I took them down then they were when I washed them 😀 😀 😀
Since the “green movement” is apparently underway, I’m going to apply for a patent for a portable writing machine that uses no electricity. All you need is paper and an ink ribbon. Lookout iPad, this will be the next big thing!
Mark how much $ can I get in for? I mean I wanna be in on the ground floor on this one. Another guy I know is looking into a thing called “talking wires”.
That’s what we did back in the day & I miss it. Love the fresh outdoor scent it left on everything.
Would you believe that our subdivision does not allow this?
don’t tell me the US has patented the Sun as well!!!
but I identify with this. I have never understood why people in India, where there is plentiful sunlight right through the year, want to install clothes drying machines.
I sympathise with your mother … take bird poop on my jeans any day though … have loads of frozen clothes in my kitchen right now, plus a orphan calf, all trying to dry and warm up … thank goodness for my wood stove … greetings from winter land, Carl … smiles … cat.

You mean like Apple trying to patent the rectangle? 😉 Many others. Nice.

That’s a great sketch Carl. I have come back to your site after a while and I dare say it looks more vibrant! Clearly the passion shows.

This is really clever, Carl. We should bring ’em back! I’d use one again. 🙂

Love it! Sooo…funny. If the dryer can’t dry in less than half an hour, I put some things on hangers and hang them in the trees.
