Whoa, cool for the other sunny state. We’re in the 70s here. Desperately need rain. Last year was the driest year, in the history of recorded rainfall, in California and we’re off to another dry spell.
That is cold for Miami! (I’m in the mountains of AZ and just waited for the bus with the kiddos – 26 degrees.) Brrrr 🙂 I can’t complain though- just talked to a co-worker in the midwest…it “warmed up” to six degrees this morning. Her words, not mine!
100 mph winds here in Ireland, lots of coastal flooding. Good news is the winds will ease soon and then it turns cold, seems some of the US freeze may cross the Atlantic, we live in strange times!
Do they have open beach areas up there to fish in the surf? Nothing in Dade County anymore-all condos and private. Now’s perfect the blue fish, mackerel and jacks are probably running and will hit just about anything. .
Had to step out to dentist this morning but rest of day inside drawing cartoons and reading. Black bean soup over rice for tonight. Of course I don’t care what the temperature is- – I still have my Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream !

We’ve had high 60’s and sunshine for weeks now, beautiful, but we’re also heading for a drought if we don’t see rain soon…

Pretty cold for Florida, no doubt. Next thing you know, there will be frost on those pink plastic flamingoes.
