I’ve been around art most of my life, at various levels, as well as being privileged of having a very talented artist daughter, Nicole Fournier, who’s work, among other art forms includes being a well known Performance artist who combines her work with ecology, so I am never surprised though often pleased as I am to discover new approaches such as yours. Thank you for that ! JJ
Hi Carl, I was looking at the photos and was saying to myself. I know these (4) but not the name of them. Then I stroll down and start laughing because knowing the name or not I have sadly left my crayon in the womb, lol
Carl, great post, I thought I was doing great getting 7 correct answers. But shame on me, working at NGA for 2 years and studing the painting apparently didn’t help at all, if I am not as smart as a 5 grader. Again thanks for sharing some beautiful pieces. Take care, Bill

Really clever and fun post to stimulate a few gray cells and have a lovely walk down art history . “I know I Made You Laugh” is a great site for fun and to get one thinking in a good way. Thanks to Carl.
11 out of 16, I think I have an advantage though I was raised wandering some of the greatest museums in the world. While I think I remember hating it as a child, it was a wonderful education I do not regret.
I’m now a member of your museum, good pay I hope…taught art history for 20 years so how could I fail? Great idea Carl but next time don’t put the answers so close to the questions…too tempting to cheat, as if that’s important here…I like the details of famous works…nice editing…almost complete art in themselves…

It has gotten the most likes of any post I’ve put up in 3 years and gained 40 new followers. Maybe I should keep posting “other people’s” stuff.

Actually the rating chart is much too harsh esp the way the pics give such a minimal view/hint. NGA – WOW, what a wonderful opportunity. Thanks visit.
