That is so true, that is one thing I don’t like about the day after Thanksgiving. So stuff and stick on that day and then eating left over the next is like torture.
We can sure get creative with it all too. I like a diced potato, stuffing, turkey bone scraps, carving scraps kinda casserole with gallon of gravy. Sugar caramelized peas with mushrooms on side.
