Thanks. I have redone it many time over the years. This final version took me 6 hours.

I always THOUGHT Napoleon was a hammerhead shark! Thanks for the L.I. invitation.:)
Carl D'Agostino September 21st, 2013 at 09:41
I agree. I always detested his arrogant sense of supremacy esp his “Men die for me for little pieces of ribbon.”
John Robinson September 21st, 2013 at 11:47
I do Art from Recyclables. Check out my sculpture entitled “Napoleon’s Handicap”: http://www.ohio.edu/people/robinsoj/recycled_art/images/Napoleons_Handicap.jpg

I’ll buy that over a Rodin anytime. I’d like to do one titled “Moses Parts the Sea” but the tech problems seem insurmountable.

If the hat fits. Wouldn’t the phrenologists have a heyday with him…
Mark Petruska September 17th, 2013 at 11:48
Well, our founding fathers were fond of wearing wigs, so this isn’t too disturbing in contrast.
Deb September 17th, 2013 at 09:14
That explains it!
journeyintopoetry September 17th, 2013 at 05:32
Love it! I wonder what my custom made hat would look like?! Something to ponder…

Chapeau mon ami !
Three Well Beings September 17th, 2013 at 00:32
I would have expected so much more for an Emperor with all that headspace….obviously unused capacity!

This explains a lot, Carl. 🙂 Good one.

Is this what you call a block head?
Carl D'Agostino September 16th, 2013 at 19:44
They say poor Charlie Brown was the blockhead(according to Nancy).
Lori Lipsky September 16th, 2013 at 08:53
Hat head. Much preferred over dreaded hat hair.
Appreciate your fashion expertise on this.
Lori Lipsky September 17th, 2013 at 09:22
Your response…that’s a 10! heehee 🙂
Hansi September 16th, 2013 at 08:43

Carl D'Agostino September 16th, 2013 at 19:45

I relate. Women spend so much money at the beauty salons it would be smarter to buy a big sombrero and use the money for a world cruise or expanded IRA.
