It is one of my top 10 favorites.

That’s quite a team! Matthew, Mark, Luke and John will surely ax (Acts) the Romans. (Thought I’d carry the New Testament books a little further :))
Carl D'Agostino June 28th, 2013 at 02:09
I appreciate your Revelations on the matter.
utesmile June 27th, 2013 at 13:27

Carl D'Agostino June 26th, 2013 at 19:56
I am sure he is for New York Yankees like me.

Triples are good too. You know, the Trinity thing.
Mark Petruska June 26th, 2013 at 11:33
Too bad Jesus isn’t playing for them. If he can turn water into wine, surely he can turn a pop fly into a home run.
Carl D'Agostino June 26th, 2013 at 12:53
JC gives them the Spirit to play well.
poemsandponderings June 26th, 2013 at 11:03
It was a long series but the C’s “crossed” the plate or was that “passed” the plate more than the Romans.. On the scorecard the Romans had their numbers listed as: I Claudius, II Captainius, III Luvlucius, IV Statum..
Carl D'Agostino June 26th, 2013 at 12:55
So you did see a few of these games in your childhood, eh? Naturally I was for the Constantinople Yankees in the eastern division.
poemsandponderings June 27th, 2013 at 01:42
And I for the Babylonian Red Stocks. And that is really where Baby Ruth came from..
