      My father said that all the time and used the metaphor “Look both ways before you cross the street.” Always screwed me up because there was not street and I’m not a jumper.

      Debbie is about 800 miles NW of Miami. We have not been hit since Katrina and Wilma in 2005 so fearful of a big one.
