I have a lot of Bible ones that are good natured and funny but some people are too stodgy to appreciate a laugh. Heck, we make plans and God laughs all the time.

I think I saw a skit on SNL where Moses was carrying 3 tablets, and says “The 15 Comandments”, drops one, then states “the 10” 🙂

Yes, I have heard jokes to the effect that Moses’s lawyer did a fine negotiating job with God to get the reduction. Thanks fir visit.

All Noah had to do was lead a bunch of animals onto a boat. I think Moses got the short end of the stick.

iPad ? Getting the blog up is the max extent of my tech ability. I don’t even own a cell phone and never have. Still don’t know how to use the TV recorder. I am very good with the alarm clock and the micro wave oven, however. All tech I have for art is pen and paper. I also have stamps and envelops. You are light years ahead of me Stephan.

Leading a whole nation around the desert ain’t easy. But 40 years? Shoulda walked in a straight line and woulda been out of there in less than 2 weeks.

Those stones are a back breaker, still…

When followed can bring peace within…

Imagine the peace without if everyone followed…

Mountains and a heavy burden on one’s shoulders… How very familiar. They may have invented paper, roads, helicopters, etc but some people still want to repeat Moses’ journey ‘old school’ style. Suffering is such a bad habbit, and so hard to get rid of!

I suppose we wish to pass on our found wisdom to our progeny but apparently each of us must become a reborn Siddhartha in an individual journey.
