Corny humor is king. People like it more than they will admit.

They say he’s a good egg in the long run, but who likes long runny eggs?

“Allo. I’m a wee bit parched . . . would you be so kind as to point me to the nearest pub?”

“Sure, buddy. Just follow that yellow horned toad to The Yellow Brick Road Saloon.”

“Jolly good! Fans of Sir Elton?”

“Nah, some gal named Dorothy owns it.”

You are an astute fellow Mr. H. There are deserts all over the world from which to garner a photo. Yes, this is the Sonora Desert out of Tuscon, Arizona. Unbelievable. This is the most remarkable thing that has ever happened since I started the blog and I won the geography award in 9th grade.

He seems not to realize this is the desert, not a “rain” forest.

I’ve never been able to keep an umbrella for more than 2 days. No matter where I am or where I put it , it disappears. This leads me to concluded one of two things: the things have legs or everyone becomes a thief when it rains.
