Yes, and now we call for a reduction in the carbon foot print in the exploding industrial economies of India and China (coal burners). The US has been the most resource exploiting country in history. I can’t believe how many people think these things are insignificant.
So we can count on you for $125,000 donation for the cause ? You will get a wonderful seascape calendar, a whale key chain and 4 tickets to Sea World in Antarctica.
And just think how trees feel cut down at foot level and when they drill out the guts of mountains looking for rocks and stuff. There is a lots of cruelty in the world.
I grew up in Miami. It stopped being part of the South early 60’s. Now it is not even part of the United States. I may be among the last 17 people who know who Mickey Mantle was, for instance. Glad you stopped by and promise to bring you a chuckle or at least a smile.

I’d join them but I can’t swim. I would boat with them but I need a motion sickness pill to go into the bathtub.

How nice that you could get the whales to be proactive in this whale preservation campaign. Kudos, Carl!
For too many years, humans left it up to the whales to protect themselves. We are learning.

Nice sentiment, but I think the whales are doomed. They don’t have a strong lobby, nor are they particularly know for their fund raising skills.

That ocean is dangerous. Not fair to have to be so watchful of harpoon thugs in your neighborhood.

If they are holding signs, it seems that they are a protected class, handicapped from being able to swim properly.
