Dag go here – my Texas friend and illustrator – José Cruz’s blog
    http://x-factor-e.blogspot.com/2010/11/happy-v-day.html

The guys in the field need support, not the Generals who are in the business of ‘Government First’, I wasn’t conscripted in Vietnam, friends were. I wouldn’t have gone, I protested, was bashed over the head and punched to the ground . . . I now support our boys but not the politicians!

I guess President Bush will continue to be a controversial topic. But I’ll tell you one thing. I curse Lyndon Baines Johnson every single day for that Vietnam War. 57,000 dead Americans and it is estimated we killed over a million Vietnamese. And for what? What changed one way or another? I tell you what changed: 57,000 fewer fathers, husbands and brothers. So far in Afghanistan, it’s 5,800 dead and 35,000 returning as amputees. And the front page news is about Christmas shopping, your property tax bill, an auto accident and how some people want to recall the mayor!

I don’t know anything about Blair. At least he seems smart. Is it better to have a liar or Mr. “peace in our time” of a fool Chamberlain?

He is a self-serving egomaniac, IMHO!

Delighted you visited today. I see we both like Fix It Or Deal and perpetually peeved. I think both of them are just dynamite. Impressed with your wide range of topics. Please keep me as subscriber your post.
